I just read the article today in the Los Anges Times which sounded pretty interesting. I am glad to see this thread has a balanced discussion on the company. If the company can sell the movie studios for 500 Million it would still mean MMG is a good deal. I was following another company that deals with Russia communication just like MMG but the stocks price is alot greater in comparison to MMG's. There are several questions though I still have.

1) Do you have any idea why it's last earnings report was -2.19 per share.(Yahoo) Is there any estimates for 1997 out.

2) Do you think that if something was going to happen to John Kruge(He is 82) what will happen to the company.

3)Do you know what is the estimated book value of the company and when is their next financial estimate suppose to come out.
