Sorry for the delay in responding, but went back to check my math, which has never been a strong point.

To clarify, the final number of shares will be about 10 million, if everything goes to plan. They are:

Six million and change currently out there.
Two million for the subscription.
1.5 million or so from the original conversion.

That number could be lower if more original investors opt to take the loan cash rather than shares. We'll know that number next month. For the record, I'm planning to keep my shares -- unless disaster hits. The folks I've talked with say the subscription is going well.

The potential for an addition 8 million shares I mentioned was what COULD have happened if the company had decided to just convert all notes for the current stock value. Glad to say, this didn't happen -- which is another reason I believe this company is truly working for the benefit of stockholders (including themselves, of course!)

As to the company management, in my conversations I have found them to be truthful and remarkably free of hype. They know their product. And once they get the Biotrack aboard, they need to learn market expansion to survive. Mike's staff is strong on technical and product skills. Their trust in others to support the price was unfortunate -- or maybe a great opportunity to buy in. It remains to be seen how they expand the Stat-K's market and what Biotrack brings to the table.
