QCOM is definitely cheap considering the PE and PS. Actually, many analysts are negative about Qualcomm. They say QCOM is a royalty play, heavily dependent on the Korean market, and increasing competition in CDMA handset market... Without the low PE and PS, the stock would've plummeted after the last report. So what would take to turn analysts' sentiment around on QCOM? A
