I agree that most BB is crap, but GLXY did submit their 10-SB which is more than I can say for PNLK, FTEL, DGIV, etc. You can be a bb stock and reporting as well. I hold 3 different bulletin board companies and and get quarterly 10Q's as well as yearly 10K's...and I look for the obvious, cash flow, revenue, earnings, quick ratios, etc.
Also look to see if any convertible debs, Reg-S. And I do contact a company and keep close tabs if I do choose to buy.
Lastly, I don't bet the farm on any of these companies, this keeps it fun and if I do lose it's not something I cannot recover from. |
