I hate to admit it, but I was actually anticipating your to rudeness to appear. You have pretty much demonstrated that you have a limited grasp of finance, at least in terms of Microsft and thier application of meritorious compensation funding. This was exemplified by those string of posts you made concerning the put warrants. There is normally no problem with the lack of understanding until you start to pretend that you are some sort of knowledgeable person that actually has enough ground to stand on to attack others. Just to set the story straight, you have been very lucky if you have spent 10 years of LBO credit analysis underwriting debt with equity kickers if you can't even understand how to ascertain the effects of a put warrant program on a large corporation.

I can imagine what you embed in the bonds to get the equity kicker. I hope it is nothing with any sort of optionality, or do you tell your clients that they are at risk of losing 1/3 of thier equity as well?

I hate to get into pissing match, but to be honest you appear to be a phony. I assume that you will have to post another irritating post to lash back at me, but after that let's leave it alone. I just wanted to make sure that your inaccurate comments did not lead any on this thread astray.
