Jay: 3Com has great positioning re: cable modems and IP telephony via cable. Has signed w/ TCI and a big ATT deal is rumored, pending approval of the ATT-TCI acquisition. COMS is soon to be embraced as (the prodigal son) by WS once again, likely to hit 50 by year end. JMO, FWIW. BTW, still holding on to my 56k (3Com, of course) because I dislike Media One so much... BP
