I think the view that we are going to be profitable in the quarter or the half year based on the Sanyo royalty is overly ambitious. I need to see signs that we're starting to get real royalties and licensing fees on other contracts before I'm going to believe that.

I bought a few hundred shares as I was feeling enthusiastic about the the LEO possibilities with Al Haig, Inc. That seems to be headed not very far right now. A deal like that working out would be a huge boost to EDC. That's the sort of thing that's needed in the market place. $4m in royalties isn't going to go very far with a company which is as ambitious as this one.
