Bob, There is no need to ever apologize for your belieifs. You understand and recogonize the redundancy your post, and to me that was the only thing that was at fault. It was easy to misunderstand that the audit is an elective issue not a mandatory one. Even so that doesnt take away from it's importance to go forward. So no harm done.
The trading patterrn very much looked like some short covering by the MM's. With the pick up in volume and what appears to be news in the pipeline, I would think we are due for a nice pop back up to the $2.50 level. As we head into Feb., I look for us to be poised at the 52 wk highs in anticipation of the 2nd qtr results.
Now I may get flamed for this, but, what I am looking for most of all, when the 95 audit and subsequent earnings reports come out, is, loses for 96 on little revenues. Then first qtr 97 to show increasing revenues and shrinking losses, respectfully. If that is the case, then it sets the stage for anticipating black ink, possibly as earlly as the 2nd qtr report, due by Feb 15. If that is the case, then all these prior news releases ( USRX, Raytheon, Revco, etc) will have a residual effect in supporting higher prices.
The markets many times gives more credence to anticipating good news, then to actually receiving it. Now that Teleports buyout of CERFnet indicates the market value of an ISP like FNET, anymore news will just remove doubt and start to be supplanted with confidence in higher prices.
We have entered into a new realm of legitimacy and I feel you will start to see us move out of that penny stock mindset once we climb over $3.50.
Lets hope the news punches us forward to realize the above.
