Terry, would you convict Zulu-tek based solely on the remarks Brady made? He did say "ex-simmers" and "they" didn't he? Well, the only lawsuit "ex-simmers" and "they" have--that we know about--is against Softbank Holding Company and Ziff-Davis. "Ex-simmers" and "they" have no lawsuit against Zulu-tek. Am I correct? So why would I, an investor in Zulu-tek, want Brady's distortion to stand? There is no draw here and you know it.
