Mesaba - Right now, in my opinion, the institutional investor's are trying to make their year-end reports look good by having the "right" stocks in their portfolios - i.e.- the ones that have already gone up a lot--not speculative ventures that no one has heard of. Perhaps after the first of the year they'll go into some of the smaller stocks like JMAR that they feel will do well in the coming months.
(That's why we have the "January effect" which favors smaller stocks.)
