i agree, roll backs are awful at least IMO 90% of time. FYI: i know this may be off topic, but i thought if anyone here trades with TD and needs to complain an address should be readily available. if anyone is lloking to complain about the inefficient service at greenline i have the presidents address u can address concerns with: John See (pres G/L) 31st floor commercial union tower TD centre Toronto, Ont M5K 1A2 if enuff people speak up about the lousy, pethetic service maybe changes can be made. point to ponder: toronto office only has 150 losers working the phones for a client base of over 1/2 mill clients.
