Dan and all. I missed this meeting, dammit. Still, at least somebody is thinking about Racom's need for money. RichardW INTAG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED --------------------------- HOMEX - Sydney ------------------------- Results of AGM/Presentation of overhead slides at AGM Intag International Limited announces that at its 1998 Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 27 November 1998, the two (2) resolutions: a) Adoption and approval of Financial Statements b) Re-election of Dr P J Solomon, as Director were passed unanimously. Proxies representing 36.4% of the issued ordinary shares (28,035,846) all in favour of the two (2) resolutions were received prior to the meeting. Attached for your records are copies of the overhead slides presented at the meeting. The funding requirements of the Company and its associate, Racom Systems Inc., by 31 December 1998 were also discussed with shareholders' suggestions to be taken into consideration when making any decisions.
