PT, if you're going to split hairs, I must point-out that Brady did not write about "big-time fraud". He wrote about a lawsuit aleging fraud.

Fraud is fraud. Look it up. It speaks to knowledge and intent.

I'd prefer to avoid investing in companies that commit fraud - whether big-time or small-time. I don't think the future is bright for a company that (allegedly, in this case) intentionally and knowingly screws an employee.

Given that mind-set, why would they not also intentionally and knowingly screw their shareholders?
