Then, JT, what you're telling me is you don't know what an employee/employer contractual dispute is all about. That's pretty limiting supposedly for a guy with all of your experience. If you want to put fraud on a company, you use an issue other than an employment dispute. And that wasn't Brady's intent. His words described an "ex-simmers" lawsuit that "they" filed against Softbank and Ziff-Davis. By his writing, he leaves the impression it was filed against Zulu.

Let's minimalize it for your better understanding. When a claimant and a company are in dispute over an employment benefits claim, is fraud really an issue, even though there may have been a disception of some kind? And were you the claimant appealing such a decision, you''d eventually wind up in a court proceeding, before an administrative judge in a civil action. This is akin to what you're trying to pin on Zulu. What you're hung up about concerning Bob Colvin's case is an employment issue, not a fraud.

You cannot change Brady's words or his intent for him. He has to live with his own remarks. I believe they're wrong and continue to challenge them.

Besides, you know the way Brady worded his remarks. So who are you fooling?
