I'm not surprised that you want to re-define the meaning of "fraud", PT.

You always seem to take up where Webster left off when it is convenient for you.

The lawsuit alleges fraud.

A fraud is a deceit knowingly and purposefully entered-into.

What about the employee-employer relationship precludes the possibility of fraud?

An employee intentionally lying on a employment application would be fraud. Conversely, an employee offering contract terms that he had no intention of carrying out would also be fraud.

In any case, fraud IS an issue here, because that is what the lawsuit alleges. To be proven or disproven in court, to be sure, but that is what the lawsuit alleges, not "kinda fraud", or "petty fraud", or "not really fraud so much as an employer-employee dispute", but fraud.
