H.P., Yeah but 4.5b is not enough for another 2:1 split when @ 2.8b

shares.
So after the 2 for 1 split, the actual # of shares is 2 x 1.4b =2.8b, and the diff.
between 4.5b and 2.8b is for future use, such as future splits....>>

And that's my point, that the difference is for future use. Doesn't it seem a bit of a distraction to have you vote on wheter you want twice as many shares, while @ the same time voting to create another 1.7b that you don't know what they'll be used for? Sounds like waht our Gov't does all the time in pork barrel politics. I'd like a better explanation of why we're diluting our position.
