Is 144 filing uncommon in the BB world, especially for a new company ? Is it possible that these shares were used for some kind of payment, if so, why would they not sale. I usually cash my paycheck every two weeks, people have to eat. Now, this is just one scenario that COULD explain some of the 144 filings. Initial investors might have bought at 45 or 50 cents, selling at 1 or 2 dollars is a pretty good return, especially if they do not have the patience or the means to be long term investors, how do you know that these 144 filings are not back in ??? Maybe they sold at $2.00 and are back in at $1.00
Could these be valid scenarios, or am I way off base on these ones ?
Basically we don't really know what they were, but is that really important at this point ?
