I stated earlier in the year, that I*'s plan to replenish 10% of its constellation each year was shockingly high to me. (Vman posts an original order for 125 sats. Early design called for 77 sats (now 66) in the working constellation. Seven year life span, 10% replacement per year = 126 sats.)

I* has planned to spend a good chunk of change launching rockets for the entire life of the constellation. That is money that could have gone to the bottom line.
