Click on "+News" just above. It appears Anschutz wants to keep control with his 50%+ ownership but had to drop below 50% by using a Trust relationship to do it. This gives Qwest more flexibility like in "pooling". Hmmm--I wonder what they look to acquire ? Lots of CLECs out there and others- MFNX ?? IXC ??
