As you know, I do not follow Iridium closely, but I believe that all of the replacements are being supplied by Motorola under the $500 million annual maintenance contract. That is a fixed cost for Iridium and one that has been figured in to all analyses. Not sure if MOT is committed to buy the 125 or not. The way it looks now, I would say they will buy them all anyway. It is more of a negative for Motorola actually--that contract is much less profitable. It could also affect Iridium if more failures hit the same plane or launch vehicle availability is not there at the right time.
