Got the prospectus for EXCEL. The symbol is going to be ECI and the price range is between $13-15. The stock is to be priced on April 30th or May 1st and will start trading this Wed. or Thurs. Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette is the sponsor, and there will be an offering of approx. 8-10 million shares (80% in the US market, and the rest distributed in Canada). Looks like a good company, and have thought of looking into their long distance package. Save 50% on day calls, and 30% at night. There's another plan that gives the opposite percentages. Their independent representative system is similar to a pyramid management style. Similar to Amway. Customer service for the company to get product information is: 800-875-9235. The headquarters telephone number to receive information about the companies phone rates, etc. is 214-705-5555. Neither one of these numbers will give you information on financial statistics, stock information, or related info. Hopes this helps.
