Look over the MPTV thread:

Here is a $0.05 stock in the same business as NIAR but without the heartburn! They have received bailout funding from prime money sources for restricted warrants at only $0.03 much like we can get in now and do not carry all the old baggage NIAR carries. Properties are located in Las Vegas and Palm Springs.
