I understand there is some buying lined up for down the road but in the meantime I expect that the company may prefer to start out at some low level and let the stock rise on its' own to a support level. My guess is that over the next few days the stock will settle in the .70 to .80 range and with announcements it will rise from there.
The Imperial deal will be critical because right now Imp. is running 3000 tons/day short of capacity. So if BV picks up that slack at say $8/ton, then that's $8.5 mill./year with virtually no associated cost. From there extrapolate a $.25 - .30 dividend (which is a #1 priority according to the company), and you have at the least a $5 to $6 stock.
So let's hope BV can make this happen sooner, not later.
