Hello Frank I have been following this stock for some time now. I called them up before christmas & as you mentioned the management was a lot less than inspiring. He did mention that the sale of Tonkin should get rid of the debt & provide them with enough capital for this years program. However he would not comment on what this years program would be. However with all of that I still believe that they are in a very good postion for at least a proximity play. They have a fair amount of property adjacent to Valdex & I believe next to MGM. One other thing they mentioned when I talked to them was that they had no promotion plans before late spring. Good Prospecting Rick
