Simple....more selling than buying. Company is 10-times as large after the acquisition of Amviet Development but no new buying has come in on the stock for a long time. Just a little selling but, again, with no new buying, so the market makers go down. If buyers could outnumber the sellers for awhile it (the price) would surely go upward.
