Frank,
Any company that has a web site and a retail tax number can be a on-line software retailer with DRIV. DRIV fills the orders and the
site owner gets ~20% of the gross sale. You are correct that it
probably isn't a big company. FYI I just did a search, using Web
Ferit, on Digital River and it came back with 994 web pages for Digital River. I would guess that about 40% of them are on-line retailers.

P.S. I haven't given up on TSQD YET. But it is a hard one to figure
out. I think I will hold it a little while longer, to see what happens.
