So today marks the 30th day since the press release stating that their numbers would be posted to the SEC within a few days. I wonder does Guiness track these kinds of records for late filing? Rip Van Winkle may awaken to wonder what the audited and filed numbers actually were for EDII only to find they are yet to be filed. Sleep well Rip. You may not miss a thing, except a few more excuses like the lawyer was in a traffic accident or that one of the companies had a few problems with their books.
