It means that CYMI-based equipment is being used in the foundry business, and that other semi foundries will need CYMI's DUV equipment to stay competitive.

It seems that DUV was adopted by the memory business first, then by the CPU business. Now it is being embraced by the foundry business (actually, the foundry companies have been using it for some time). The usage rate is nowhere near 50% in any of these businesses, so there are lots more CYMI sales to go.
