Hi Jim If the Olympus product is not manufactured under liscense from NCI and Olympus gets away with it, the intellectual property value of NCI is less than I currently understand it to be. As far as Non-Disclosure goes, Are you indicating that Olympus may be using and paying for NCI technology without informing the public in order to retain a competitive advantage. Sounds fine, However it also stretch my belief. I am long NCI. Sold half of what I bought at 3/8ths at 15/16ths to get my money back off the table. As of today the Monday Morning selling price of $1.125 looks pretty good. I wish I had liquidated more. Rob J.
