Expands Initiative Within Federal Sector With Strategic
Alliance with Engineering and Professional Services, Inc.

SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of Visual
Telephone
International, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: VTPI - news) effort to capture a significant
share of the
emerging demand for video conferencing products within the federal, state and local
areas, Joel
Beagelman, President of VTPI announced today a strategic alliance with Engineering and
Professional Services, Inc. (''EPS''), a premier contractor providing engineering services
and
products to the government, military, and private industry worldwide. EPS' corporate
headquarters
is in Tinton Falls, NJ, with facilities in Augusta, GA, Fayetteville, NC, Fairfax, VA,
Kansas City,
KS, and Mannheim, Germany. EPS' sales last year were over $20 million. The company
has grown
to over 225 employees, and is recognized for providing highest quality engineering and
technical
services with an energetic staff that has breadth, knowledge, and a dedication to quality
performance.

EPS has combined their resources with premier teammates and won the Wire and Cable
Services
(''WACS'') contract from the General Services Administration (''GSA'') with an
authorized value of
$2.6 billion. The VTPI products will be added to this contract as well as EPS' GSA
Schedule 70.

The EPS partnership of EPS, MFS Network Technologies, Inc., a WorldCom
Company, Power
and Telephone Supply, Applied Quality Communications, Inc., and Communications
Support
Services, Inc. (''CSS''), won the GSA WACS five-year contract last year. This
association
provides design and engineering support, installation, integration and implementation
support, and
operations and maintenance support for cable plan installation, and infrastructure
upgrades for
Federal Telecommunications customers. Customers include the GSA Program Offices, all
Federal
Agencies, authorized Federal Contractors, Agency Sponsored Universities and
Laboratories, and
authorized State, Local and Tribal Governments.
