Igor, a typical stock sector cycle peaks when the bottom quality companies rise sharply. In the internet sector, AMZN and YHOO rose based on proven growth, but now have gone too far. People who missed out on those runs feel cheated and start looking for the next AMZN or the next YHOO. That's how most people wound up here. It's a sure sign of the top.
