I'm always suspicious of stock splits and issuing additional shares. 4.6 million shares is a nice chunk of change...keep in mind that 600,000 goes to the underwriter. So many of these bids and asks are single blocks. Too easy to manipulate and drive the price up. I expect to go long post-split in the low 20's.
