Well the problem is in the differentiation of what is first tier vs. second tier. For example I have 2 issues, inkt and dlck are those second tier or not? I would say omkt and onsl are second tier for sure because they arent really the leaders in their respective niches, but for everybody else its not as clear. Im also unsure as to where ptvl fits in. Michelle PS why is the bamm board so busy while every other internet stock board is so quiet?
