Just a clarification.... the offering is 4,000,000 shares
with 600,000 available to cover oversubscriptions, making a total
potential offering of 4,600,000 shares.

There was also a provision for over allotment in NEON's offering
early summer. The Underwriter's received $1.19 a share concession
on that offering. *

Even by Underwriter's standards, a 600,000 share fee on a
4,000,000 share offering would be considered an "immoral act". <g>

Regards,

Doug
