There is perhaps an advantage that PLT has in being Canadian. The softwood embargo in the USA means that secondary mfg of wooden objects in Canada would have a material cost advantage over US competitors.

Does PLT actually make pallets or just use those already made?
And are they softwood (SPF) or boxwood?
PLT has had some rough times, and the mgmt has obviously learned a lot.
This is an intruiging company, in which profits can be linked to trends in manufacturing, transport, pallet inventory, etc.---so one might be able predict a stock rise or drop. I see the price going a trifle lower before it rises to .60 region.
