Insider trades can be found at: insidertrader.com Other good sites are at: cda.com bloomberg.com thomsoninvest.net argusgroup.com freeyellow.com Yes, insidertrader did report the 10K shares bought at $1.4 about a week before the press release on it came out. Although 10K shares is not a whole lot for the insiders, it is something and they usually get a ton of options anyway so they are more prone to be on the sell side, so a little bit of buying does make a statement.
