Kevin, I define impeachment as the House voting to send it to the Senate, the market will dump while the spectacle is dragged out on TV. The "impeachment effect" is not because Clinton is so good for the market but because the impeachment process will be long, ugly, and very public if it comes to a Senate trial and the market hates uncertainty more than either outcome. Lower oil prices are bullish........
