Unfortunately (for me, since I am long one such internet stock), today's action is nothing like we will see IF THE RUMOR IS TRUE. Which, BTW, I don't know. But if it is true, some of these internet stocks (my guess -- second tier e commerce names that were very recently trading in the teens and 20s: ONSL, EGGS, NM etc...) have so many leveraged investors that once the margin calls start coming in it'll be a stampede to get out.
