To all: Has anyone heard of any details wrt the rumour of a $22M USD contract with a single US state? This rumour was posted on Stockhouse and it is the FIRST time that the stock has RISEN on a rumour brought forth by that particular poster, usually the stock just does nothing or just drops. The stock must have moved up on this rumour last Monday as Q1 results could not have accounted for the move. If one state adopts GSM's product, others would likely follow which would mean accelerated revenues and earnings for the company. Comments?
