Merrill supported the last offering and IMO is obligated to prop up this stock to allow its customers to get out. My guess is that we will see a lot of positive press regarding the new ZOLT fiber lines in the near future. IMO this stock will rally over the next couple of weeks (as long as the market doesn't collapse).
