AR, There is no question. Oil will be gone by the end of next century. I just hope I don't have to wait that long for my stocks to make money. <G> Scientific American had a piece, as did Barron's. We whould start seeing severe shortages within a year or two, IMHO. Yes, there is more to be found, but it is not as cheap to produce as the easy Opec stuff. And it is not in as generous a quantity in any one spot. There certainly are alternatives, but they cost much more to turn into oil equivalents. We have to see oil roar up in price before anyone takes the alternatives seriously.

And it will.
