Quite clearly there is a buyer or a group accumulating the shares. This has been going on for the past 10 or so trading days. Possibly this group is buying on volume and banging the shares back down to control the upward momentum while they accumulate. Possibly today, with the breakout to 3.2 cents, they are going to let the stock move up.

Why there is this accumulation is a mystery. The company has issued only the old story that the chip machine was sold and paid for. There is always a possible financial deal in the works. But we have heard this ad infinitum. Could it be real this time with the buyer knowing something to this effect? Or could the buyer be the one accumulating a free trading position?

On fundamentals FASC is absolute steal at 3 cents. So if there is no corporate dissolution or bankruptcy impending the shares are one of the best speculations around IMO.

Regards, Ed
