Mr. Ian Brown reports
At the Nov. 30, 1998 AGM, directors elected were Lawrence D. Barr, Dalton
Dupasquier, Robin T. Forshaw and Marvin A. Mitchell.
Shareholders also approved a 1:5 share consolidation and a change of the
company's name.
At a directors' meeting following the shareholder meeting, Robin Forshaw
was reappointed as president and Ian Brown as secretary.
