steve, this may ahve been discussed before and i missed it. is there any rule in dealing with a nasdaq stock on timeliness of order execution. details: placed a market sell order at 10:08 for 1000 bamm which was in heavy trading. when i finally got confirmation it was at a price according to my time and sales prints that was not reached until 10:53. is this reasonable and if not what is. discover brokerage says the mm was overwhelmed! this is a perfect example when i should have been using your services. thanks for any response. wally
