Is an "approvable" letter common, or is this a Ligand spin? What's the difference between this FDA letter and the one for ONTAK? Should the following comment in the BW concern me: "The action letter may indicate approval or may detail specific deficiencies of the NDA and the actions necessary to place the application in condition for approval." Hopefully, LGND's 1 month estimate until final approval is accurate.
