Mr. Zwebner, Is it required that if a member of the board of directors is being sued, that they are required to report that fact, and by who? LMAO, this answer should be interesting. Ask Mr. Walker, what is his legal situations there in Nevada? And since he is a member of YOUR board, shouldn't that be disclosed as well and by WHO?!?, LOL. I was unaware that a board of directors could have suit brought against them by another member of the board and not disclose it. Can you elaborate on that for us? This baffled me this afternoon when I called Las Vegas and mentioned Mr. Walkers COMPANY or is it former company. Also, is his company LGCY's transfer agent?
