Global Intellicom, Inc. Terminates Agreement With Liberty Capital Corp.
NEW YORK, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Intellicom, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GBIT - news) today announced that it has terminated its agreement with Liberty Capital Corp.
As a result of this termination, all warrants, cash payments, and stock payments provided for in the referenced contract have been rescinded.
