To All,

Just got a copy of the Form 61 from Glimmer. It is available on SEDAR if anyone is interested. Sample is attached:

sedar.com

It does show that I have another wrong assumption to own up to and that is the fully diluted GME shares. According to Form 61, there are 8,429,989 fully diluted shares out. There are the 5,818,962 public float and 2,611,027 probably held by the McCloskey group (MAT?)
The only comment I have to add is that there were 210,000 common with an exercise price of $1.07 per share. They expired on Nov 28. If these were not exercised then there MAY be 8,219,989 FD shares outstanding?

There is a good update on the legal front and I can see where James got the 50/50 and I surprised he did not submit a 45%EXL/55%GME option. Why they don't get the case resolved, is beyond me. Did I hear Q199?

Cheers Winzer
