I can see how that last lower BB tag and low RSI was a really good
fake out for a rebound. You could see CCs in the money 6-months out
in order to protect you downside and wait it out with the CC premies
in you account.

By the way, I will return to Florida Tuesday, night. I'm writing this
from the expensive State of California. You would not believe the cost
of housing out here. Not much selling under $230,000 @ 1,800 square
feet. Homes that would cost $70,000 in Florida are selling for
$200,000 in California. Just plain nuts! I can just imagine what will
happen with the housing appreciation bubble burst and these folks
won't be able to pay off the mortgages or even breakeven if they have
to sell.

When Oracle came to town they required 10,000 rentals and that drove
up the prices all over. Banks and landlord speculation California
style. My host pays $1,400/mo. for a rent controlled 2 bdrm. 2 bath
apartment unit in the City of San Francisco.
