I have had one dispute with Fidelity on an options trade and they called right to the floor, waded through the paper and fixed it. In this case, I had cancelled one trade and placed another when I got the confirm. The first order miraculously filled the next day! I called them and they got the paper from CBOE, noticed I had a nothing done and then a fill (the next day at 10am) after the cancel of the previous day. They reversed the trade right away. Fidelity also got me filled on my sale of EGGS this morning before the bell. Costs a little more than webstreet, but I can't believe they don't have the systems to provide the data they are asking for.
